Ochette’s journey to protect Toto’haha continues as she travels to Conning Creek in search of Cateracta, one of the legendary creatures said to have protected the land. After hearing a mysterious cry coming from an island offshore, Ochette follows the trail and encounters Alpione, who seems determined to keep her away from the island.
Our journey takes us into the Cavern of the Sea God, where Ochette finally learns the truth about Cateracta and discovers that there may be more to this legendary creature than she expected. What begins as another hunt for one of the Creatures of Legend soon becomes something much more unexpected as Ochette discovers a mysterious egg and witnesses the birth of a new companion.
This is my blind playthrough of Ochette Chapter 2: Cateracta’s Route in Octopath Traveler II, following Ochette’s quest to gather the legendary creatures before the Night of the Scarlet Moon. Along the way we’ll explore Conning Creek, uncover the mystery surrounding Cateracta, meet Alpione, explore the Cavern of the Sea God, and welcome Acta into Ochette’s journey.
