A big change to the formula of the series by making one continuous storyline instead of 8 different ones. However only your main protagonist is part of the story while your party members might as well not exists. Maybe next time they will have 8 characters that are part of the same main story each with their own motivations and side story that each other characters are part of as well. The biggest problem for this game is how bland and uninteresting the main stories are making me not want to play this any longer. This is a good step in the right direction 7/10
